HOW TO: Process HEB Domestic

APPLICABLE FOR:

• 44HEBDOM – HEB Domestic

1. Customer Service receives PO via EDI & reviews the order
2. Customer Service manually releases the order to 3PL via NS
3. Customer Service emails Shipping Instructions to 3PL
4. After the order ships, there may be a Fulfillment Notice error
   1. Need to update the Ship Via to assigned carrier
