Processing Colony Brands Orders – 49COL

HOW TO: Process Colony Brands / 7th Avenue Domestic

APPLICABLE FOR:

  • 49COL – Colony Brands
  1. Heather or Kiwi receives PO via email
  2. Art 101 reviews and advises of any changes or approves PO
  3. Customer Service enters in order into NS
    1. Double check the following when entering:
      1. Ship To Address
      2. In House Date on PO = Cancel Date in NS
  4. Customer Service emails Shipping Instructions
    1. Make sure to include:
      1. Shipment Control Form
      2. Labels – provide labels & placement instructions
  5. 3PL arranges for shipment by emailing traffic@colonybrands.com
  6. Customer Service provides Packing List to 3PL
  7. Once order ships, 3PL provides BOL
  8. Order closes out in NS and automatically emails invoice to customer
