Walmart Marketplace: Seller Center Update Inventory

Loading Inventory:

1. Log in to Walmart Seller Center https://seller.walmart.com using the info in Bitwarden.
2. Select Items under Product Catalog.
3. Open the 34WLMK Excel Spreadsheet sent via email on Mondays.
4. Enter the Item Number, found in column A of the 34WLMK spreadsheet, into the Search Items bar on Walmart Seller Central.

5. Then click Edit under Inventory to update that item
6. The below box will populate. Enter the Available Inventory Amount for that item from column C of the 34WLMK spreadsheet. Hit submit.

7. Continue steps 1 – 6 until all Items from the 34WLMK spreadsheet have been updated.

NOTE: Although, the inventory on Walmart Marketplace (walmart.com) is manually updated and does NOT receive an inventory feed via EDI or API connection, you still must add each product to the inventory feed so it will appear on weekly saved search report.
