Purpose: This process is used in the event there is an Overflow Issue with Walmart/Sam’s orders identified by the Shipping team.
Login to the Walmart Transportation website: https://wal-marttransportation.na1.teamsupport.com/login/user
Navigate to the New Ticket icon, as seen in the below screenshot.
Select Overflow load
Note: You MUST provide a picture of the inside of the full truck.
Fill in each section as shown in the following screenshot.
In the ‘description’ text box include the POs and the routing information if it is requested and submit the ticket.
