Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance

Employees can also elect Voluntary Short Term Disability through Guardian Life Insurance the first of the month following 60 days of full time, permanent employment.  The plan provides you with 60% of your regular monthly earnings, up to a maximum of $5,000 per month, until you reach age 65.  Premium payments are made through payroll deductions.
