Use of Phone and Mail Systems

While at work employees are expected to exercise discretion in using business phones for personal use.

Excessive personal calls during the workday can interfere with employee productivity and be distracting to others. Employees are therefore asked to make personal calls on non-work time where possible. Flexibility will be provided in circumstances demanding immediate attention.

Employees should refrain from receiving personal mail at the workplace.

Employees are permitted to ship personal items via the company FedEx account. Payment for these shipments can be arranged through payroll or the Accounting department.
