Updating Compliance Events for Component Testing in NetSuite

Step 1: Open the Compliance Event fromt he Vendor Record under the QC & Compliance subtab.

Step 2: Update the following fields in the Event section as needed.

Status

• Completed
• In Progress
• On Hold
• Scheduled

Renewal Status

• This drives the component testing reminders
• Current – after the component testing is complete
• Expired – after the component testing expires
• In Progress – when the component testing is in progress

Note

Step 3: Update the following fields in the Details section as needed.

Frequency

• When the component testing should be performed again.

Expiration Date

• When the component testing will expire

Step 4: Click Save

Step 5: Utilize the Drage & Drop feature to upload any documents, emails, etc.
