Step 1: Open the corresponding TRF by one of the below methods.
- From the Reminders home page click Open TRFs.
- Locate the correct TRF by the description, vendor or lab.
Or
- If you have the Test Report Number use the Search Form found on the home page.
Or
- Open the Item Record and locate the open TRF from the Compliance subtab.
Step 1a: If using the Open TRFs under Reminders you will need to click View beside the appropriate TRF.
Step 2: Click Edit
Step 3: Update any necessary information.
- TRF Status
- TRF Notes & Updates
- Any Dates from the Dates & Status area
- Quotes from the Quotes subtab
- Invoices from the Invoicing subtab
Step 4: Click Save
Step 5: Utilize the Drag and Drop Box procedure to upload any documents, emails, etc.
