Updating a TRF in NetSuite

Step 1: Open the corresponding TRF by one of the below methods.

  • From the Reminders home page click Open TRFs.
  • Locate the correct TRF by the description, vendor or lab.

Or

  • If you have the Test Report Number use the Search Form found on the home page.

Or

  • Open the Item Record and locate the open TRF from the Compliance subtab.

Step 1a: If using the Open TRFs under Reminders you will need to click View beside the appropriate TRF. 

Step 2: Click Edit

Step 3: Update any necessary information.

  • TRF Status
  • TRF Notes & Updates
  • Any Dates from the Dates & Status area
  • Quotes from the Quotes subtab
  • Invoices from the Invoicing subtab

Step 4: Click Save

Step 5: Utilize the Drag and Drop Box procedure to upload any documents, emails, etc.
