WHEN TO CONTACT REP:
If we cannot ship an order due to pv or out of stock, or bad address, send an to email to Sarah.
List the PO# and the reason why we cannot ship. She will email back and ask us to issue an 855.
When this happens send this to EDI. They issue the 855. When we cancel the order in NS, in notes put the reason it was canceled and state that an 855 was issued.
Going forward this will be automated but requires you to uncheck the EDI 855 Processed box under the custom tab (we are still working on a way around this step) after the order is closed.
