Syndigo – Bulk Adding New Items Lowe’s

Lowe’s requires that you complete and submit the Lowe’s Initiate – USA data before completing any other data set requirement. Internally they approve these items and then send them back to Syndigo to have us complete the Core Marketing information. They call this process issuing a subscription. Lowe’s has to issue a subscription whether it is a drop ship or in store item. It is a multistep process. Once you have completed and submitted your Lowe’s Initiate – USA data ensure that you let your buyer know. Once a subscription is complete, you will need to fill out Lowe’s Core Marketing. You do not need to fill out GDSN. Please ensure you check the Help section of Syndigo before starting your setup process to ensure that the procedures have not changed.

  1. Log into Syndigo
  2. Click Products in the top left of your home page
  3. Select Create New at the top right of the products page
  4. Click Bulk Add
  5. Select Lowe’s Initiate – USA from the drop down menu on the top left of your screen

  1. You will see all the required information highlighted in RED

  1. Fill out all required information
  2. Select Add New for a brand new column or Copy Down to copy down all your information from the first item you created
    1. If you copy down, please ensure you change all the important information like GTIN, Product Name, Vendor Item Number, etc. so it does not duplicate in Syndigo’s system
  3. Once you’ve completed all the items you need to, click Publish in the top right and inform your buyer that your items have published
