Any requests via verbal communication, email, and zoom will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you incorporate all essential information, update the subject line to mirror the brand and/or SKU(s), and attach any required files. Please be aware that submissions will not be processed within our workflow until all mandatory details have been supplied.
When making requests, please consider the estimated graphics turnaround times. As a standard practice, if you don’t require expedited processing, it’s advisable not to use the default average turnaround time. Providing us with a specific due date helps us optimize work allocation across different divisions. It’s important to note that project timelines may fluctuate and potentially require extensions depending on the complexity of your request. Our team will always provide clear communication regarding estimated completion times after receiving, reviewing, and assigning your request.
