Submitting an IT Ticket – Termination

Step Action 
 1Navigate to the Advantus Wiki Page: wiki.advantus.com    
In the upper right side of the page, Click on Submit an IT Ticket.   

Enter your email address and click Next.  Click Continue with Atlassian account.  


                  
 3Enter your password and click Log in or click the Microsoft button for single sign-on.  

  
 4Select User Management.  

    
 5Select Remove User Access.    
 6Enter a Summary of your request.  Select the User to be disabled, enter Last Working Day, and select who you’d like to Give Email Access To.  Enter any related notes in the Description block and click Send.  
  
 7You will see the confirmation page below and receive an email from the IT Service Desk indicating they have received the request.
