- What keeps you working here?
- If you had a magic wand and could change something about your work, your role, or your responsibilities, what would that be?
- How do you like to be recognized for good work?
- What talents are not being used in your current role?
- What motivates you?
- What demotivates you?
- How is your relationship with your Manager?
- If you could change one thing about your Manager, what would it be?
- If there were an issue between your Manager and you, would you be comfortable initiating a conversation to address it?
- How do you feel about your compensation?
- How do you feel about the benefits we provide?
- What might tempt you to leave us?
- If you could change something about us, what would it be?
