- Section explanations:
Filename: Image Name including the file extension (568459.jpg)
- For a sku with a link you are looking at the name after the last (/)
- Ex. https://www.ABC.com/images/products/detail/123456M.jpg has a filename of 123456M.jpg
Sequence: Order of image (1, 2, 3 etc). When submitting multiple images for a sku this designates what the first displayed image should be as well as the second, third, etc. One line for each image.
- Sku: Staples Sku number
- Mfg: Mfg/Model # manufacturers or model number
- Keywords: Leave Blank
- Url(optional): A direct link to an image can be entered here
Image guidelines:
- All images must have at least one side that is at least 1000 pixels (ex. 1000×800
- The image should have a plain white background
- There is a maximum on Nine images per sku
- If you are not using direct image links and must upload the actual images because the files are too big to email, please upload to dropbox, wetransfer, sharepoint or whatever file sharing platform you are comfortable with. Please include the link in the body of the email.
Note: When uploading images to any file sharing site, please put all the images into a single folder. Do have separate folders for each set of images.
