SCOPE: Outline requirements for Saw Maintenance

PURPOSE: Define procedure for Maintenance Technician

PROCEDURE: Maintenance of New Saw

1. Weekly responsibilities:
   1. Clean all Photo Eyes
   1. Clean Air Filters, replace if necessary
2. Monthly Responsibilities:
   1. Backup System with USB
   1. Check for ware & tear
      1. Thorough check, aside from standard review of equipment
   1. Verify Cables are tight and secure
   1. Verify Connectors are tight and secure
3. Bi-Monthly Responsibilities
   1. Grease Fittings around pressure bar
   1. Grease Fittings around Carriage
      1. Collectively 12 fittings between the two
4. Bi-Annual Responsibilities
   1. Coordinate PM with Stiles machinery
5. Report all reviews/repairs against Maintenance Report PBG-005
