- Order Processing Method: EDI, auto approve and auto release.
- Shipping Location: E-COM.
- Ship Date Logic / Shipping Schedule: PSD matches CSD from EDI, usually 3 days from order date.
- Order / Order Release Schedule: Auto released, no action needed.
- Backorder Process: does not accept backorders, if order cannot ship it needs to be cancelled and update Supplier Hub.
- Release E-Mail Required: No.
Process
- Watch for any validation failures, typically it is for an invalid address.
- Confirm and update address as needed and release order.
- If failure is due to duplicate order, cancel the SO in NS.
- The orders automatically approve and release, no additional action required.
Additional Notes
- If an order is late or needs to be cancelled, you will receive an email (below).
- Take action according to email (if late, update tracking in Supplier Hub, or cancel in NS and update Supplier Hub).
