- Login to ASI/ESP with credentials found in Bitwarden.
- Click ESP Web Home Page.
- Click the ESP Updates tab located on the top.
- Click Manage Products tab
- Login to Netsuite and enter each item number into the global search.
- View the items Product Lifecycle Status. If the item is Obsolete, it will need to be updated to inactive in ASI/ESP.
- In the Item box in ASI/ESP, Click Make Inactive.
- Choose how to make your product Inactive box will appear.
- Select Make in Active now.
- Click OK.
