Production Procedure – Router

SCOPE: Cutting MDF and 9MM boards to prepare for pop rivet production.

PURPOSE: Define procedure for utilizing router.

ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS: N/A

PROCEDURE:

1. Ensure machine and all associated parts are turned on and operational
   • Change Language to English
2. Retrieve MPR file from product development and load onto machine
   • Ensure files are saved into machine and not utilized from the thumb drive
3. Pull up appropriate file
   • Typically received from Product Development via Email
4. Position file to “5” and “3” to cut accordingly
5. Accept File
6. Load 9MM of MDF on the cutting table
7. Press foot pedal to suction wood to the table
8. Start router to cut desired pattern
9. Remove cut and deliver to pop rivet area
10. Discard remaining wood
