Process History: Victory Light sells lamps with and without bulbs. If we run out of a style with a bulb, we may rework the same lamp without a bulb to meet demand. The COP Business Manager or Product & Sourcing Specialist will alert the P&S Coordinator when to buy bulbs.
P&S Process:
- Determine the type of light bulb needed based on the bulb’s base and the wattage.
- See the three charts below for wattage and base size help.
- Compare pricing from Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, Costco, Amazon, etc., to find the best price.
- Order the bulbs needed for the rework using the department credit card.
- Ship to: Advantus Corp.

- Save the invoice for expense reporting with the charge coded to COGS for Victory Lighting 50300-100-00.
- Enter a task for the rework.
