Customer Specific
Used to record pricing that is specific to that customer only and is maintained on the customer record- pricing subtab
- All prices are customer specific, with unit price assigned
- All prices are customer specific based on price levels
- Price level assigned, but some prices are customer specific

- All items are assigned Custom price level
- Unit Price is filled in

Price Level
- Used to record pricing that can be applied to many customers
- Maintained on the item record-pricing subtab
- Price levels are assigned on the customer record
- Customers can only be assigned one price level at the customer level
- Price levels can be used in tandem with customer specific pricing
Quantity Break Pricing
- Used to record different prices for specific quantities ordered of an item that can be applied to many customer
- Maintained on the item-record pricing subtab
- Not available as a function on the customer record for customer specific pricing
- All price levels must have values even if only one price level has different quantity break pricing
