Price Change Customer Notification Process – Craft & Hobby

All price changes will come from either Product Management or the VP of Craft and Hobby.  Record all price changes here:

The responsible sales rep will communicate all price changes to their respective customers. See below.

If prices are increasing, it’s best to get a letter stating a reason for the increase from the divisional VP to accompany the sales rep’s notification to their key accounts.

Use the Sales by Item and Customer saved search to see which customers have purchased the product(s) affected by the price change in the past year.
