All candidates for all positions (internal and external, temp/agency individuals & directly recruited) need to be tested.  CriteriaCorp is the system used for the prescreen assessments.  

Website: https://hireselect.criteriacorp.com/  will be utilized either by sending a link through the Indeed application or directly to the candidate’s email.

Sending through Indeed messages:

  1. Use templates in the application message function (links are embedded).
  2. Ensure template is for the appropriate position, which will have the assessments respective to the job applied to (ie: WH Direct-Testing needed to any warehouse roles, Accounting-Testing needed for any accounting positions, Customer Service-Testing needed for any customer service related positions, and so on).
  3. Note “Assessments sent” and mark Table

  4. How candidate’s application will look after being marked.

Sending directly to the candidate’s email:

  1. Log into Criteria website https://hireselect.criteriacorp.com/
  2. Select Jobs tab at top of page.

  1. Choose the job appropriate to the position applied to. (ie: WH Direct-Testing needed to any warehouse roles, Accounting-Testing needed to any accounting roles, Customer Service-Testing needed to any customer service-related roles, and so on.) 
  2. Click the 3 dots to the right of the assessment being sent.
  3. Select Invite Specific Candidates.  

  1. Enter the first and last name and email address of the candidate, and click Add Candidate,

  1. Confirm candidate’s email and name are showing, once done click Invite (bottom of page).

Check Results daily. 

  1. Add results to the Candidate Test Scores sheet (use correct tab for either Year or Year WH). 
  2. If assessments included UCAT add results to the UCAT Scores sheet.

Assessments & Understanding Scores  

  1. UCAT (Universal Cognitive Aptitude Test) measures the 4 following skills: 

Logic & Analysis measures general problem solving and the ability to analyze and interpret data. 

Numerical Reasoning measures math skills through problem solving, arithmetic, and logic. 

Attention to Detail measures the ability to focus on and complete detailed tasks accurately. 

Spatial Reasoning is the ability to visualize objects in physical space, make spatial judgments, and problem solve through object and pattern related questions. 

  1. EPP (Employee Personality Profile) is a multi-dimensional personality assessment that measures 12 different personality traits. Each trait provides insight into a candidate’s work style and how that candidate is likely to interact with colleagues and customers. Scores for each trait are presented as percentile rankings relative to global norming group. The assessment contains 140 prompts, is not timed but it takes most candidates about 10 minutes to complete.

Acceptable Scores per Position  

  1. UCAT RAW Scores
    1. Sr Managers – 85%+ (with all categories at 60%+) 
    2. Sr. Admin Roles (Sales, Graphics) = 75%+ 
    3. Mid-Entry Level Admin Roles (A/P, A/R, CS Account Reps) = 70%+ 
    4. Whs Managers & Supervisors = 70%+ 
    5. Whs Admin = 60%+ 

*Example of results:

*The % of each of the 4 categories that make up the UCAT must also be considered, especially for Administrative and Manager roles*

  1. WH Direct Raw @ 18-19, and review over the WPP to ensure all are in the Green.

If Assessments are PASSED:

  1. Update Indeed application with note stating assessment requirements met and setting up prescreen call with candidate.
  2. Send the candidate a message requesting a prescreen call using the preset template.
  3. Download the candidate’s resume.
  4. Add candidate to the Recruitment Tracker (Through the Lists app).

Is Assessments are NOT PASSED:

    1. Update Indeed application with note, stating candidate did not meet assessment requirements.
    2. Mark the application with the Table
