1. The orders come in via EDI and are auto approve.
   • Orders are usually sent about a month in advance.
2. If anything did not fill or pass validation, sent to Tiffany K.
3. Once Tiffany K confirms it is ok to release, release the orders to the warehouse.

Additional notes:

1. Release orders 2 weeks prior to PSD.
2. Send any questions to Tiffany K.

02PSMDVS

1. The orders come in at any time via EDI and are dropship orders.
2. The orders are auto approved and auto release.
3. If an order failed validation, confirm changes that need to be made.
   • Typically, an order fails for address or possible duplicate.
4. Update the order and release to the warehouse.
5. Cancel order if it is a duplicate.
