Employees who have at least 12 months of service and have worked at least 1,250 hours in the last consecutive 12 months are eligible for paid benefits from Advantus. The following table represents the benefit based on years of service:
- Eligible employees who have given birth to a child will receive 8 weeks of paid leave for the birth of a child/children and recovery.
