Michaels: Factory Association for Direct Import Items

Each direct import item must have a factory association set up 60 days before the PO ship date, or Advantus will receive fines.

• Login into vendorconnect.com
  1. If you do not have a username and password, you will need to get one created.

• Click Register Now. Laura G. will be notified & will need to approve the new user. Vendor Number for Sulyn is 85359

• Click on MIPCs
• Log into MIPCs
  • If you do not have a username and password, you will need to get one created.
    • You can reach out to Laura G. to help set you up.
      • Use Bitwarden for username/password information.
• Click on Item Factory Association

• Enter the Sulyn item # in VPN field.
• Hit Search

• Item will populate below.

• Select the correct factory

• Check the box next to the item number to apply the factory to the item.

• Click apply.
• Repeat for all items

Please note PDQs will not need a factory associate, but the component pieces will.
