This item should be submitted in the Cases taxonomy, which is where the other Super Stacker Pencil Box and Crayon Box are classified already in the database. Please change the taxonomy for this item, download the correct template, complete and resubmit. Resubmit by 4/19/2016.

Please log into the Essendant Supplier Portal here www.essendant.com and view the dashboard on the home page

  • Log on to Essendant’s portal
  • Click on content:

  • Find your item that was assigned to the wrong taxonomy and hover over the item number and click assign taxonomy
  • In the original email you received, it will usually tell you which taxonomy it should be, select the corrected taxonomy
  • You will also need to correct your content (Follow the Rich and Operational content directions as usual)
