Marine Corp MSA Form Instructions

Teresa Carlson will send you an email requesting this to be filled out. She will give you an item (or items) that need to be updated to this form. This particular form has all of the items that we currently sell to Marine Corp and their pricing. The form can be found here: S:\Sales & Marketing\Customers\Marine Corp 

1. Update the date to today’s date
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the form
3. Add your new items with the following info (also indicated with a red arrow):
   1. Description
   2. Vendor Style
   3. Cost
   4. Retail
      1. Ask Teresa if you are unsure
   5. Case Pack
   6. UPC
