Mailing Paychecks

Each week, HR may receive a live paycheck for an employee. They are delivered mid-morning on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 10:00 and 11:00 am. The checks come in a confidential grey plastic envelope with red lettering/graphics on it.

If there is a live check for PBG, it will be addressed to a Virginia (VA) address.

Address: 3331 West 12th Street, Jacksonville, FL 32254

  • Message the HR Specialist at 12th, the names on the envelopes with Jacksonville address, to confirm the individuals work at the Warehouse(s).
  • Otherwise send via Priority Couriers, 904-733-0030. Elect for 3 hr service for $19.50. Give reference # 72000-100-30.
    • Put checks in a bigger envelope, address to the HR Specialists’ name, 12th Street’s address and a posit it labeled “Priority Couriers” (so they know what to pick up).
    • Put outside the reception’s door for pick up.

    • Place the package outside reception door for pick up.

Corporate Office

  • If the employee is physically at the office, simply hand them the envelope.
  • If remote, ask HR how it should be sent, regular US Mail or UPS.
