| 3 | Enter the Origin and Destination Zip Codes and the Classes and Weights for all items being quoted. Pallet Dimensions are not needed if single items are under 96 inches (8ft) long. If over 96 inches, enter the length in the Dimensions section and select Overlength from the Services dropdown menu.

| 4 | If there are any accessorials that need to be added, add them now. Accessorial charges are additional fees added by freight companies for performing services that go beyond the standard pick-up and delivery. Note: A Limited Access Fee must be added for the following destinations: Schools, Universities, Hotels, Military Bases, and Libraries. Once all necessary information has been entered, click Search. |
| 5 | A box like the example provided below will pop up. Choose the lowest rate and multiply by 1.7 (70%). Example: XPO Logistics LTL rate of $333.04 x 1.7 = $566.17. We would quote $566.17. Note: Any rates above $1,000 or for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada – Please see you Manager.
