| 2 | Create a Sales Order using the replacement account that corresponds to the warehouse the order will be shipped from. Ensure the appropriate ship to/destination address and items/quantities associated with the quote are entered. Click Save. |
| 3 | Open the Sales Order and click the LTL Rates button. In the event there are accessorials that need to be added to the shipment, refer to the Process – LTL Freight Quotes – Transportation Insight Portal located HERE.

| 4 | A box like the example provided below will pop up. Choose the lowest rate and multiply by 1.7 (70%). Example: OLD DIMINION FREIGHT LINE INC. Rate of $220.45 x 1.7 = $374.77. We would quote $374.77.
