Long-Term Disability Insurance

Effective the first of the month following the completion of 60 days of employment, you will be enrolled in Advantus’ Long Term Disability Insurance Plan at no cost to you.  If you become disabled due to a non work-related injury or illness, after 90 days you will receive replacement income from the provider, USAble Group Life Insurance Co..  The plan provides you with 60% of your regular monthly earnings, up to a maximum of $5,000 per month, until you reach age 65.
