Interview Process
- Once a prescreen call is complete AND References have been received, schedule an interview with the Hiring Manager and Candidate.
- Scheduling the Interview
- Check HM’s Calendar and find day/time that meets the candidate’s availability.
- FOR IN PERSON INTERVIEWS:
Create the calendar invite with the hiring manager and add the link to the candidate’s profile, in the Recruitment Tracker, in the message part of the invite.
- FOR ZOOM INTERVIEWS:
Create the calendar invite with the hiring manager(s) and the candidate, and add the following message to the invite, along with the Zoom information. And send the candidate’s profile from the Recruitment Tracker to the hiring manager(s) separately.
- After the Interview-
- HMs to make OFFER:
- Warehouse Roles
- Send an email to Marc, with the hiring manager and Katie CC’d, requesting to make an offer to the candidate. Include the candidates resume, prescreen notes, reference check sheet & assessment result pages in the email too.
- Once Marc approves, note in Recruitment Tracker and in Indeed.
- Corporate Roles
- Ensure you know what the payrate to be offered is and what schedule was discussed. Update the Recruitment Tracker & Indeed.
- Send an email to Katie, with the hiring manager CC’d, requesting that an official offer be made, and include the information on pay and the schedule. Include a link to the candidate’s profile on the Recruitment Tracker, within the email.
- HMs to PASS:
If HM is passing on candidate make a calendar reminder to email the candidates within 2 business days, update the Recruitment Tracker, and note in Indeed, marking the application with an X.
