How to Submit Artwork to US Army/Navy Licensing Department

All new products being developed using the US Army or Navy logos must be approved by licensing before being ordered or produced.

• Go to https://login.directlicensinghub.com/home

• Enter your credentials.
  • Legal has access to these credentials.

• Select Advantus Corp.

• Choose the brand you are working on.
  • Ex: US Army

• Go to the artwork navigation bar and a drop-down menu will appear. Choose “Submit Artwork.”

• Select Artwork Type

• Select all distribution channels that apply to the item.

• Select the material content and Logo application.

• Answer all the questions with an asterisk *

• Upload image file.

• Click submit.

• Your submissions are done and are waiting for approval.

• If your artwork submissions are approved, an email will be sent to the hub administrator (legal) and the user that submitted these submissions. We can start manufacturing/selling these items. 

• If your artwork submissions are denied, you have to review denials, revise and submit based on feedback.
