- Click the link: https://mydhl.express.dhl/index/en.html
- Select the USA as the location
- Go to: My shipment Settings, and click on Authorized Account usage.
- Click on Grant New Authorization.
- Enter the following:
- Name: factory contact first and last name
- Click Business Contact
- Email Address: factory contact email address
- Authorization Name: factory name
- Description: enter “This is Charlie, and I am authorizing enter the name at enter the company to ship on our account.”
- Select the options below:
- Retype the authorization message below and click Save and Send Authorization.
DHL Troubleshooting Authorization Issues
Issue #1: The authorized vendor cannot access our DHL account to send a package.
From DHL site:
- Login under cfrohman@advantus.com
- PW: DHL12276*a
- From the My Shipment Settings tab, click Access eSecure
- Select Authorized User
- Select Pending and then Search
- If there are records, click on the email ID and select Approve.
Issue #2: The authorized vendor cannot access our DHL account to send a package and Advantus has done the steps related to issue #1
- Go to the eSecure Access Tab
- Click the Authorized User tab.
- Enter the email of the user. Be sure the Status selection is shaded over Approved.
- Click Search.
- Notice there are 156 email records found.
- If your search yields 0 records found, click Add.
- Enter the account number and the email address of the user. Click Save.
- Notice the number of records has increased by one. You should be able to scroll down and view the email address that you entered.
