Order Processing:
- POs are received via EDI
- For any out of stock, case pack, or price variance issues for Mercury Items, send to John Beltran and await for further instruction; COP items, send to Tom P.
- Tom P will almost always say that our pricing is right and we need to reach out to Grainger. If that happens, email Grainger the PO number and the PV: sourcingsupport@grainger.com and wait for them to confirm or counter. The same email can be used for any out of stock or case pack issues released to COP or artistic items.
Release:
- Release in NS to ship 2 business days out.
