Generating FedEx Labels

Admin Packages

Login (fedex.com)

  1. Select the “shipping” tab, then “Create a Shipment” option.

2. Enter: Name, Address, City, State, Zip and Telephone number. (highlighted in yellow)

  • Note: If the recipient resides at a residential home, select the “This is a residential address.” We could incur additional costs if it’s not properly checked. (Highlighted in orange)

3. Then enter the package and shipment details: date, # of packages, weight (either estimate or weigh the package on a scale), service type (ground, home delivery, priority overnight), and the package type.

4. Review rates and delivery dates under the “Rates & Transit Times” option.

5. Your Reference number will always be: 72000-100-30 for any business/admin shipments you send. Personal shipments are reference number: 20200-001-00.

6. Shipment Notifications:

  • Notify Sender via – select Delivery Notification.
  • Notify Recipient Via – select Delivery, only if needed.

7. Print the shipping label and put the package out in the lobby for pick up.

*If a package is sent express, you will need to schedule a pickup. Select the date and time range for pick up, and the number of packages to be picked up.*

Executive Packages

Occasionally, Kevin will request a shipping label. He will provide the name and address.

Completed the steps above to ship.

Use reference number 20200-001-00, for personal shipments.

Shipment Notifications:

  • Sender – select all delivery and/or estimated delivery notification types for and add email address.
  • Recipient – select delivery only and enter Kevin’s email.
