Formspark is a platform that manages the “Contact us with questions” forms on our websites.
Any questions received will go to the group Sales Operation emails. The Sales Ops Specialist for the division should review and respond to any product related questions. If there is product damage, order related issues then the Sales Ops Specialist should send the problem to customerservice@advantus.com to resolve. If a product fails, the issue should be sent to the assigned Product & Sourcing Specialist to look into.
