Part of the New Customer Onboarding Process is to evaluate if we have existing accounts already set up in NetSuite for the customer. When an existing account is already set up, the goal would be to try and roll the new business into that existing account. However, there are guidelines in place to determine if we can use the existing account. Please see the decision tree below which outlines these guidelines. Customer Service and Customer Compliance will work with the various divisions and departments to determine if a new account number is required.
