Employee Purchase Program

As an additional benefit to all our employees, Advantus provides an employee discount purchase program. This program is intended for an employee’s personal use only. Merchandise may not be purchased for resale or on behalf of anyone not employed by Advantus. Purchases in violation of this policy will result in the loss of this benefit and possible disciplinary action.

Purchasing Discount

The employee discount is 50% off regular retail price, then an additional 20% off, with the exception of See Jane Work, Mercury Luggage, Seward Trunk and Floating Luxuries. The discount for See Jane Work, Mercury Luggage, Seward Trunk and Floating Luxuries is 50% off the regular retail price with no additional discount.

The Holiday discount program begins November 1st and ends December 31st each year. During this period the employee discount is 50% off regular retail, then an additional 50% off. M&M, See Jane Work, and Floating Luxuries products are not eligible for the additional 50% discount.

How to Order

Complete the employee order form and submit to Customer Service at info@advantus.com.

Please note that sales tax applies to all orders, and shipping charges are applied to any order not picked up form corporate or the warehouse.

Once the order has been processed, Customer Service will notify the employee of the product total. The order total, including shipping, will be available once the invoice has posted.

Order will be brought over with the courier that is scheduled to come to Corporate weekly. If you would like it before then, you can pick the order up fromthe warehouse or have it sent via FedEx. (Employee will be responsible for FedEx shipping charges).

Payment Methods

When you submit your order, you must include a Credit Card Payment Authorization Form.

All orders must be pre-paid by credit card, payroll deduction is not an option. When your order is shipped your credit card will be charged for the total amount.

Qualifications

  • Items must be stocked in the Jacksonville warehouse
  • All food items must be ordered in the carton quantity
  • Specialty papers must be ordered in the case quantity.
  • Items must be purchased in their minimum selling unit of measure
    • We cannot break cases on items that are not normally sold as each
  • PumpRockr (item PR4000) is not available for employee purchase
