Location Dashboards – Kitchen Slides

 

Each month, 7 employee engagement slides are to be created and send to each location to hang in common areas.

• Birthday – list from HR
• Anniversary – list from HR 
• Advantus Principles
• Any holiday office closing
• Safety Slide – WH only

• Fun National Day or Calendar 
• Employee Referral  
• Other Office Notices   

Send the slides to Petersburg via email.

**All files should be PNG for Corp and PNG or JPEG for the Warehouse dashboard.**

Uploading slides to the dashboard(s)

1. Login to the NS Dashboard: ADV – Location Dashboard – NetSuite (Advantus Corp.)
2. Edit Dashboard.
   • CORP Breakroom Dashboard
   • (WH) Main Lobby Dashboard
3. Upload a new slide by clicking the plus sign.

4. Save to Corp or Main Lobby Dashboard folder.

• When uploading to the dashboard, click the “Available without Login” option.

5. Click “Show Content Block” for each slide.

6. Complete steps 1-4 for each slide.

7. Save.

Note: View your saved files by clicking the box with an arrow button.
