Discontinue the item in Commerce Hub 

Log into Commerce Hub using Bitwarden credentials.  

Click on the Inventory tab and choose Search from the dropdown menu.  

Click Inventory: All Data. 

In the new screen, choose The Home Depot Inc from the Merchant menu, then choose Search at the bottom right of the screen.  

Click on The Home Depot Inc.

Search for the item number of OMSID that you need to discontinue and click on it.  

Choose “Edit SKU” from the Actions dropdown menu and click Go.  

Choose Discontinue from the Availability dropdown menu, choose the Discontinued On Date, and zero out the inventory. Click Submit 

Discontinue in IDM 

Submit a chat within Home Depot’s IDM portal and let them know the OMSID has been discontinued. They will alert you if you need to email a merchant for confirmation to inactivate the sku and will provide the merchant name/email address.
