Customer Service Order Minimum Policy

Purpose: To outline how Customer Service should respond when they receive a Purchase Order from a customer in which the total value of the order is less than the Divisions’ required order minimum.

During the Customer Rationalization Project, the Advantus Divisions set order minimums that they want Customer purchase orders to comply with. A full-size version of the below Order Minimums and exceptions to the minimums can be found on the Advantus Wiki under the Customer Service Section.
