Purpose: To outline how Customer Service should respond when they receive a Purchase Order from a customer that has been determined to be a Level 4 customer but the main division that the customer purchases products from.
During the Customer Rationalization Project, certain customers were identified by the different Advantus divisions as being Level 4 customers. Level 4 customers do such a small amount of business with Advantus that we want to redirect their orders to the respective Advantus website or to a customer we currently do business with (Amazon, JoAnn, etc.).
When Customer Service receives a Purchase Order from a customer that has been listed on their customer record as a Level 4, Customer Service should respond using the standard response language provided by the divisions.

COP Level 4 Customers
Level 4 customers were updated to Level 3 customers by the division due to not being able to direct level 4 customers to a wholesaler or other reseller.
These customers will be subjected to the required order minimums, outlined in the Minimum Order Guidelines.
Floating Luxuries Level 4 Customers
All Level 4 Floating Luxuries customers were directed to order from the Floating Luxuries website, https://floatingluxuries.com/. Should a Level 4 still reach out to Customer Service wishing to place an order, the following verbiage should be used:
