Purpose: To clearly outline the expectations for Key Account sales order release in the event the Ship Date for the affected order(s) falls on a holiday in which Advantus or the Customer is closed.
In the event of Advantus and/or Customer closures due to holidays, customer service may need to take appropriate action to alert Customers of closures and/or adjust order releases outside of the normal release schedule. Each customer has their own specific holiday closure requirements which are listed on the Key Account Sales Order Holiday Release Schedule.
