Customer Service Account Notes Policy

Purpose: To clearly define the expectation of the quality of account notes and their maintenance. A close-up of a form

Action Needed: All Key Accounts must have account notes that are up to date and available on Wiki2 and/or SharePoint.

Reps must fill out a Customer Account Notes Template when any new accounts that require notes become active or if there is an update to the existing account notes. These actions must be taken as soon as possible.

Account notes must be up to date so back up reps can reference them when covering for a colleague who is out of office or needs assistance with account coverage.
