Company-Paid Short Term Disability Insurance

The company offers a short term disability plan to all full time, benefits eligible employees following six months of employment for non-work related injuries or illness.  The company plan pays 60% of your regular monthly earnings, up to a maximum of $5,000 per month for up to 90 days or the end of employment with the company.  Payment will be made on the regular payroll schedule.
