Add Inventory SKU

Click Inventory, then Add Inventory

Select which merchant you want to upload inventory for.

Enter the required info- Vendor SKU, Merchant SKU, Description, Cost, UPC

NOTE: Home Depot uses their OMS ID instead of their SKU number, so be sure you enter the

appropriate information

  • Click ‘submit’.
  • Repeat for all items listed
  • Send an email to edi@advantus.com including the information you have submitted, and inform them to begin sending an inventory feed update

To Update Inventory:

  • Click Inventory, then Inventory Update and select the Merchant
  • Enter the new inventory value in Updated Qty and click Submit

Deleting a SKU

  • Sign into Order Stream.

Select Delete Inventory from the Inventory menu.

The Enter Search Criteria page is displayed. Use the appropriate criteria to locate the SKU(s) you wish to delete.

The search results are displayed. Select the SKU(s) you wish to delete, or check Select All to delete all SKUs displayed. When finished, click Submit. IMPORTANT: This action is final and cannot be reversed or altered. Carefully review all information associated with this action before submitting or saving it.

The Request Completed page is displayed. No confirmation window is displayed when deleting a SKU.
