Date: Any day that both Kevin and Charlie are available. Do not schedule any meetings on Fridays. Pete will inform after the calendar invite is sent out if he is unavailable.
Schedule this meeting 2 months in advance and after the 15th of every month (This is NOT a recurring calendar invite).
Schedule the Board Meeting BEFORE the EC Meeting. (Usually scheduled at the end of the month)
