- Navigate to Big Lots TMS portal https://tpe.logistics.com/manh/index.html?i=16
- Select Purchase Order from the Primary Field dropdown and enter the PO # (adding 00 to the beginning of the PO).
- Click “Apply”
- Click here.
- Click “Create RTS From PO Lines”
- Review the Pallet Build Summary associated with the batch the PO is tied to in order to determine the number of pallets for each item on the order.
- Review the Routing Calculator on the BF Batch, referring to the Weight W/Pallets Field. Divide that value by the total number of pallets. Then take that value and multiply it by the number of pallets for each line.
- Review the Routing Calculator on the BF Batch, referring to the Cube W/Pallets Field. Divide that value by the total number of pallets. Then take that value and multiply it by the number of pallets for each line.
- Click this checkbox to select all lines.
- To select the Advantus Ship From location the orders are shipping from, click the spyglass.
- Click Find.
- Click the Advantus location the order is shipping from and click Select.
- Click “Copy to Selected Lines”
- To select the Pickup Date for the order, click the spyglass.
- Select the date that corresponds to the PSD for the order.
- Click “Copy to Selected Lines”
- To Update the NMFC Freight Class (WHICH IS REQUIRED), click the dropdown and select the highest Freight Class for the items on the order. Click “Copy to Selected Lines”
- Click Save to submit the Ready to Ship information.
