Permits are to be renewed annually. Completed within the deadline, the cost is $0.00, after the deadline, the cost is $20.00 + $3.00 convenience fee.  

How to renew a permit online:  

1. Visit: http://www.famspermit.com/Jacksonville 
2. Select “Renew Your Permit” Option.  

3. Enter the Permit #
4. Enter the Invoice #
5. Click submit.  

4. Review and confirm the information is correct. Update as needed.  

5. Submit & receive confirmation.  

7. Permits will be emailed and mailed to the appropriate address.
8. Place the permit in a window where it can be seen by local law enforcement.   

How to renew a permit over the phone:  

1. Call (877) 883-0677 

2. Select the renewal prompt. 

3. Enter the permit number. 

4. Provide payment information. 

6. Receipt and decal will be emailed.  

7. If you do not receive, log into the account to print the permit.
8. Place the permit in a window where it can be seen by local law enforcement.

1. Visit http://www.famspermit.com/Jacksonville 

2. Log in with the Permit Number and Password,

3. Update information as needed. 

4. View any of the following:
